Square Deltec

Deltec Building Company hired us to set the panels and install siding on this square home. The foundation is Superior Walls with a brick veneer. 

Day 1 of sorting through the materials and installing the floor system.

After the floor system was set, we built the front deck and posts. This allowed us to set the front porch beams with the crane.We had a crane for 1 day. We set all the wall panels and put the interior wall panels on the deck.

We set as many roof trusses as possible and finished the trusses with a lull.

No picture shown, but we had the house dried in about 5 days.

After the interior wall panels were set, we started siding. Here is the side of the house where you access the front door.

Here is the same side, with a view past the future steps. The gable ends were Nichiha cement shakes.

Here is the porch ceiling. Hardie panels and wrapped beams.
