Kenilworth Crawl Space

Here is a sealed and insulated crawl space project. We are closing in on the end of weatherization season, but we actually did a good bit of remodelling on this project as well. The renovation pictures will be posted soon. This is a partially unfinished basement with no insulation in the floor, the basement walls or the band.

This phase of the project was insulating the walls and band with fire rated thermax insulation as well as 10 mill plastic to seal the dirt floor in the crawl. We also installed a whole house dehumidification system in the crawl that can eventually be ducted to the house.
